We use a monthly flat rate fee based on your business activities and needs.

What type of bookkeeping services do you offer?

We specialize in QuickBooks Online. We work remotely and can set up in-person meetings to help you better understand your bookkeeping. We utilize cloud-based software for easy and secure document uploads and transfers. See our services page for more information.

How does the monthly bookkeeping work?

We analyze and record all of your business transactions through QuickBooks Online to compile monthly financial statements such as P&L and the Balance Sheet.

What if I need a more frequent schedule than monthly?

We provide excellent customer service and are here to serve you. We can absolutely meet more often to meet your specific business needs.

When do you deliver my monthly reports?

We will have your financial reports delivered by the 10th of every month so that you can better plan for your business.

What if my books are behind or I need a clean-up?

We can help clean up inaccurate records from the past. We will discuss the details as necessary for your specific situation.
